The Devereaux



The Devereaux Specs:

  1. Master bedroom with walk in closet and private bathroom on the main level of the home
  2. 2 upstairs bedrooms with closet space
  3. 2 bathrooms
  4. Den/Study 
  5. Separate dining room
  6. Full size kitchen
  7. Large living room w/ fireplace
  8. Laundry room
  9. Outdoor covered patio
This lovely shed style home was originally built on a 40x40 lot for easy placement on larger lots. It's a perfect home for an established family.  Contains no cribs but does have 2 single beds and 2 double beds.  It does require store content and contains items from all EP's and SP's.  No CC is ever used.

    Less! The house is really great! I love your use of angles and shape. Picture 15 is great, I like the way the curves of the mirror and dresser play together. The peach/salmon accent against the grey in the bedroom is nice as well. I also LOVE those sofas/couches. Very earthy; sturdy yet homey. Everything looks very well thought out and vibes together perfectly. It's a complete look, nothing out of place, nothing over done. I also enjoy the balcony/terrace for hobbies/activities.
